X-FILES MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I. LOVE. YOU.

So I saw it the first showing on Friday...and then I saw it again the first showing on Saturday...I was going to see it again the first showing on Sunday...but I was occupado. So I am going to see it the first showing of tomorrow. Be still my heart with all the awesome that was this movie. Wow. And *tears* because the news people called it a "disappointment" because it only made $10million which basically means at say $5 a ticket...only 2million people went to see it. That is crap. But it's stupid Dark Knights fault. I bet...a load of money...if they hadn't come out so close together X-Files would have done a whole lot better. Sad me. Anyway...better stuff. So Laney and I made t-shirts...because, the way she said it, "we're awesome". And we got to the theatre at 10:30am..the movie was at 12:30pm so we sat underneath the poster and then this guy Dave who works there sees us and says something to his friend about " we should get a picture of the diehards". Lol. Anyway..we go in and sit in the 4th row...I'm in the 7th seat facing the screen..more on the left...there's 14 seats so..yeah. I make Laney go ask if we can buy a poster and the manager comes back with her and says he was going to give us one anyway...as long as we take a picture with him. Lol. So we take a picture...which I HATE doing...but I get my X-Files poster so hello...worth it.

Oh poo. I need to go...computer needs to be fixed. More tomorrow.

And today I found out I suck hugely at life. Majorly.

   

Gillian is FINALLY in an American magazine and I go and miss the darn thing!!! Elisha Cuthbert was on the cover (Maxim from May 2008) and she's Sara's...and I was going to look at it...I don't know why it just called to me..and then I didn't. Lame me. :(

This, ladies and gentlemen is how my brain decides to tell me things. Seriously.

XF Movie blog - real movie, ending, "is that it?", alt end dream: full movie, love scene spliced with surgery. What is treal? vibe. Beautiful shadowy-outline lighting in bed. Car stops, Scully runs...scene through house...bits of kisses nad clothes, flash to and fro...

I loved the movie! I thought it was great, and David's so handsome it kills me.

Those pictures of Gillian are too sexy.

Those were promotional pictures to start getting the fans excited and not actually part of the filming. Same as the other picture that was released around the same time of Mulder and Scully walking down the FBI hallway.

Glad you loved the movie. Its nice to see so many positive reviews coming out now :)

ok. that makes me a little less sad. i saw those pictures and didn't read anything about them so i just assumed they were stills.

it has erked me how much people are saying not exactly positive things about the movie. but hey...we who loved know what's up. lol. :)

i loved it too!!!!!!! i've been listening to the soundtrack all day. the part after the credits had me laughing like mad. so awesome.

oh that was the cutest thing!!! and no one else that was there when i saw it stayed to see the credits. they missed out. it was adorable.

I'm glad you liked it. Cause so many people bitch and moan about it being crap. It makes me so sad, cause I really loved it.

I admit, the plot was weak and it had some parts were the storyline went sideways. But still... I loved every part of it and we, as long time fans, should be happy to be given another movie. Not many fandoms do movies after such a loooong time!

oh lame people and they're not appreciating this beautiful gift we've been given. losers. all of them. i will admit that this movie didn't quite kick me in the face with as much awesome as the first movie but it was still absolutely fantastic and to see it not doing so well is sad...i thought there was more of us xphiles still floating around!!! :(

Oh My God... I did exactly the same thing! Only the guys at odeon didn't give me a poster, and I already had a t-shirt, so I didn't make it.

I think I went to see the movie 3 times (on my own, I'm REALLY sad), therefore contributing about £20 to it!
Oh well. Money well spent in my opinion
